It’s always a good idea to book as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons. We recommend reaching out at least 4-6 weeks before your event. We book on a first come first serve basis, we strongly suggest you give us a call as soon as you know the date of the event.

Booking with us is simple! Start by reaching out through our contact form or phone. We’ll discuss your event details, preferences, and design ideas, then provide you with a custom proposal. To secure your date, a signed contract and a 50% deposit of the final price are required. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll handle the setup and tear down on your special day—making the process seamless and stress-free.

Orders are started once a 50% non-refundable retainer is obtained upon reviewing and receiving your contract and invoice.

Our air-filled balloon designs can last for several weeks, Longevity is dependent on environmental factors such as weather, children, pets, different surfaces and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop during delivery or setup.
